Today is a great day for President Donald J. Trump.
The great news was delivered by US Attorney General, William Barr when he released his summary of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller Report Sunday March 24.
The report exonerates President Donald Trump from any charges of colluding the Russian government in winning the 2016 presidential election.
But it does not exonerate him from obstruction of justice charges according to reports.
News about the summary has sent Trump into an ecstatic victory lap. After days of silence Trump tweeted this:
No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 24, 2019
Trump’s tweet is factually false. Special Counsel report states, “while this report does not conclude the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”
House Intelligence Committee Chairman and California Congressman Adam Schiff, has reacted by demanding the public release of the full report.
“Mueller’s report is going to have to be made public ASAP – a summary of his conclusions simply won’t cut it. And the underlying evidence must be produced. Absolute transparency is required, Schiff said in a tweet.”
Here is a Washington Post Report.
Trump supporters on Twitter have reacted with glee, mocking Democrats and the media.
Nearly 500 witnesses had to endure high stress and large legal bills for this Russian Collusion hoax.
I think they should be reimbursed, by the ones who fueled the conspiracy theories.

REACTIONS ABOUT THE REPORT
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has demanded a full release of the report in a statement released on Twitter, Pelosi takes note the Mueller report did not exonerate Trump from the more serious charge of obstruction of justice.
“The American People deserve the truth. AG Barr must release the full report,” Pelosi said.
In a joint statement, Pelosi and Democratic Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, declared Barr as not a neutral observer of the process because of his part criticism of the Mueller investigation. Barr wrote a 19-page memo as a private citizen where he criticized the Trump-Russia investigation and gave a lot of latitude to executive powers.
In the memo, Barr argued, “Mueller should not be permitted to demand that the President submit to interrogation about alleged obstruction. Apart from whether Mueller [has] a strong enough factual basis for doing so, Mueller’s obstruction theory is fatally misconceived.”
Despite numerous attempts to interview the president, Mueller had to settle for written answers submitted by Trump’s lawyers. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Congressman Adam Schiff has described failure for the Special Counsel to subpoena the president and compel his testimony as a mistake.
The summary released, is eerily consistent with Barr’s memo. This is raising questions among legal scholars whether Barr wrote the summary based on his bias toward the special counsel investigation.
“The “no obstruction” conclusion was Barr’s, not Mueller’s.” Legal Scholar Laurence Tribe said on Twitter. “Democrats might focus there because we already knew Barr had that weird view.”
Trump’s die-hard supporter Sean Hannity, host of the self-titled Hannity Show on Fox News, took to Twitter to attack competing media houses such as MSNBC, CNN and New York Times calling them conspiracy news networks and liars.

“Starting Monday, we will hold every deep state official, who abused power accountable,” Hannity said. “We will hold every fake news media liar member accountable. We will hold every liar in Congress accountable.”
Hannity will have his work cut out for him. Pelosi, Schumer and Democrats are moving in high gear to demand the full release of The Mueller report and not just the piecemeal four-page summary from Barr, a Trump appointee with a lot of baggage stemming from the wet-kiss memo he wrote in defense of Trump.
While this was great news for Trump, as long as the Special Counsel full report is kept secret, the Trump presidency will continue to be shrouded with suspicion.
