VOTING IS UNDERWAYS IN KENYA AND VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD.
Delays characterize many voting locations, but IEBC has promised to compensate by extending the closing time by the number of hours lost in the morning.
In Mombasa, several locations opened late. The Uhuru Garden’s location opened at 9:53 Am instead of 6 AM as scheduled.
