IEBC OFFICIAL CONFIRMS DIASPORA VOTING TO START AT 6 A.M. AND END AT 5 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON AUG. 9TH

Elizabeth Omolo is the second IEBC officer to assure the diaspora they'll be voting during regular voting hours in their local embassy or consulate at a similar time as Kenyans at home. Last week Commissioner Justus Nyang'aya stated IEBC held a meeting to make it easier for diasporas to vote in the upcoming elections.
